Total Power Consumption of Layout

I'm looking for a post by Lee Willis in which he explained his calculations of the total power used by his layout. Unfortunately I didn't capture it or even the subject title -- and I haven't been able to find it again using the Forum Search.

Does anyone remember Lee's interesting post, and if so, could you please send me the subject title so I can find it?
