Train Runners in Reno/Sparks?

I was checking out ThorTrains (I do that a lot ) and I think his TrainRunners(http://www.thortrains.net/page20.htm) concept is pretty cool, especially since I don't have room for a big layout. Is there a TrainRunners group in Reno/Sparks? If not, would anyone else in this area be interested in forming one? If so, please contact me off list.
