Is there a train show listing that is inclusive listed on this forum? Thanks!

Good morning, TrainHead:
I looked at the shows on the link hoping to see some in Texas. There weren't any. I googled 'toy train shows texas', and got the list on the attached picture on the first hit (using duckduckgo actually). Any reason why they wouldn't be on the list for the above website?

You may also want to check the "Calendar of Events" on the OGR Forum main page, about half way down.

Mike.
If train show organizers don't send information about their events, how can the staff of OGR publish it? It would be a bit much to ask the staff of OGR to Google or do similar internet searches for "train shows" month by month for every state and major metro area in the country, and then contact each show organizer to verify the information.
Hi TrainHead,
The reason you don't see everything on the TrainShow.com site is because they only list the shows that they sponsor. I've used Model Train Shows Calendar 2022 (railserve.com) to search for additional train shows but even they don't have everything. There are lots of videos on YouTube that people have posted of train shows they have visited. Unfortunately, there is no single site that has all the train shows listed. Just like the rest of us you'll have to search multiple sites (including OGR) to find the info you seek. Just like when you're at a train show, you have to walk up and down the aisles looking at all the different vendors to find the items you're looking for. I like to look at all the different websites that advertise train shows looking for something close to home. But even if I'm not going to a show on the other side of the country, I still like to see what they have to offer!

My bad. The list on trainshow.com are the shows for a specific company, not an open hobby-wide list.
