That looks like the layout built by SMARTT and installed in a Miami area house in 2015. It was still in their factory waiting to be disassembled for delivery when I was there to commission the layout SMARTT would build for me. Took a few pictures of it while I was there. The layout was large enough that it was hard to get an overall view with the iPhone camera. The layout I saw had a ramp in one corner leading to the surface for ease of removing or adding trains. The owner was also allowing for a future extension outdoors. The estimate for the one I saw would be six figures as mentioned above but it was also at least half way to seven figures.
If you want it. If you are not taking the money away from your family. and if it brings a smile to your face. BUILD IT!!!!!!!!
I went back to my photo file and looked. This is the SMARTT layout. Here are two pictures I took while the layout was under construction in the factory. These show a very small portion of it.
