Does anyone know where we can get undecorated cars, like box cars, for our MUseum to do custom cars?

Atlas and Weaver make/made undecorated versions of most of their cars. If you search that "on line auction site" for "undecorated o scale", a number of 2 and 3-rail reefers, boxcars and tank cars pop up. Retailers/forum sponsors might also have something in stock.
OK thanks. We will start searching. Years ago our Museum used Weaver cars, done up for us by a fellow in PA. know as Pleasant Valley Process Seymour Knight who has since passed away, and shortly after Weaver went out of business.
Christopher McCombs of TRACK ONE just delivered to us a custom HO boxcar, and it is incredible. I would like very much to do some 3 rail O gauge cars, and he will be looking as well for undecorated cars. We would probably be looking for 48-72 cars for a custom run. So hopefully we will find a supplier.

Jeff:
What is the name of your museum and where is it?
The Mid-Continent Ry. Museum, located in North Freedom, Wi. Home to display engines like Soo LIne 2645; KGB&W #49; LS&I #22; Copper Range #29 etc. A large collection of wooden coaches as far back as 1864, 1884, 1880, 1902, 1906, 1910 etc. See our web site at www.midcontinent.org
Also see a comparison to the Great Northern. GN coach blt 1906; GN Gas-electric 2313 built in 1925; and GN caboose X582 built in 1925.
Now to find undecorated cars.

Just wondering, do they have to be undecorated cars? A good model painter could strip and repaint any freight car. At train shows there are usually boxes of cars under tables you could find inexpensive. One dealer at the TCA York Meet had dozens of MTH Premier catalog box cars for $5.
Cabin Fever auction currently has 12 MTH undecorated boxcars listed. Also have some other models in the MTH auction.
Honestly, why search for the very limited number of undecorated cars out there? By any car, strip it, paint it. Stripping is not difficult, especially for an experienced custom painter.
We shall see how this goes down. Several options. Thanks for all your input.

I purchased two Atlas undecorated box cars from The Public Delivery.
