Not nearly as much as they were before I discovered cruise control! However, there are still guys that want the PS/1 sounds and TMCC, so there is a market for them. Someone was looking for one recently right here at OGR.
Yup, I surely would be willing to take both of those boards off of your hands. The PS-1 Yellowstone has too good of sound to give up, but would get a whole lot more use if it was TMCC.
In 2003, I purchased 2 Equalizer Boards from Digital Dynamics. Never unwrapped them. Anyone have any idea what they worth today?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks
Maybe not a fortune, still for those of us with Proto "1" engines that we just want to run via commmand the missing link. MTH could make a good chunk of change making these for those who love the sounds of their locos and are not going to install Proto 3. Cruise is not a real issue for most layouts I've seen.
I really really want one of those to install in my PS-1 NH EP-5. It has a horn I love that I have never heard in anything else, including new MTH EP-5s. My layout is small enough and flat that I can live without cruise in this one locomotive.
But to reply to the OP, I'd be willing to pay $75-100 per if they really are new and work.
Asked and Answered. Looks like a baseline value has been established! I had several of them (used) and sold them here on the Forum six or eight years ago within hours of listing them.
