Excellent, as usual Erik.
For what it's worth, a friend of mine grinds the bottoms of the tyres to make them sit better.

What's not sitting right Max? Curiosity I'm confused by that statement?
Hey who let the 3 rail in here.
Your making my 2 rail look even better!
I'm jesting --neat image with the water tower!
I never know whether to say anything about such great dioramas, Erik. Well, there isn't usually anything helpful to say with yours.
The tyres on the tractor could sit a little further into the dirt. My friend always grinds the bottoms flat on all of his pneumatic tyred vehicles. It makes them look as though they have a flat contact with the ground/road.
For what it's worth.
That's a great idea Max!
im going to do it.
Whew!
Remember the agony of having to do all this photo stuff on film? although, I shot so Kodachrome 25 slide film that is as good as the day i shot it.

I used to sand my 1:24 model's tires. It keeps them from rolling off the shelf too.
Erik,
Your work looks incredible! After my period of no hobby activity, this makes a nice return and helps stir the motivational juices.

Eric,
Forgive me if someone has already asked, but what are the primary makers of the autos in your photos and have you added detail or special fixing up?
Ron
Hi Erik
Have you come across forklift trucks in your travels?
Cheers
Erik gorgeous modeling, the farmer in the corn with the white hat and shirt remindes me of Burt Lancaster. Cheers Jim

Fall lighting and colors are always nice in Colorado along the Longmont Terminal & Northern Branch-line.

Great shots. Love the details as always.
Thanks Chris
For me it's all about the story. The layout tells a story much like a Norman Rockwell painted covers for Life Magazine I want to capture not just a train on a track but a whole historical story about a small town and a farming community. A living exhibit.
Wow. as always this just gets better. It just seams too real. But I have learned a lot from you although this is as close as I can get for now. This is from one of my videos.

Looks great Suzukovich!
Man! Just when you thought he really couldn't get better, he does
I've shown this thread to a young car modeler renting a room here. He reacted much like Dan. Lol.
At least you've made the best of the season's light, eh?
When I see this quality of work, I think of Don Smith in Maine.

Eric along with several others I had to take a long hard look before I realized the were from the modules. The first photo really got me as I initially thought you had posted the actual building you were modeling. What finally gave it away was the lamp shade on the telephone pole and the headlights on the blue car. In the second photo the only give away was the gap on the steps between the side walk and the first step on the corner building. Your defiantly in a league of your own.
Suzukovich,
I see you spotted the unfinished nature of some of the projects I have been working on. I actually did these photos months ago and finanly got around to posting them. Riding in the car on my iPhone I decided to update some things.
Thank you for the compliment I am truly humbled.
Thanks Trump Train!
