Lots of Railroads had bus subsidiaries, and lots of us are interested in transportation generally, so I think this is appropriate.

Evansville, IN is the site this weekend, Sept. 22-24)  of what is billed as the greatest gathering of vintage busses ever.  More than 100 (mostly restored) busses (all over 20 years old and many much older) will be on display at the newly remodeled Evansville Greyhound Bus Terminal.  No admission, there will be a parade, auction, and vendor tables.  The station is in downtown Evansville and is easy to get to (close to restaurants and hotels).  The MTH O gauge bus station is based on this terminal.

If you are interested in busses, this one is not to be missed.

And to keep this train-related, here's a picture of the bus that we rode to many of the scheduled tours at the recent TCA Convention in Pittsburgh.  It's a 1957 GM city bus which I believe is owned by a local TCA member and is painted in the colors of former suburban Pittsburgh bus company Oriole Motor Coach Lines.  Here's more info on the bus from the owner's website: http://antiquecoachexcursions.com/about-our-coaches

I took this photo of other attendees getting off the bus in front of John DeSantis's home to tour his fantastic standard gauge collection.
