Have a Weaver e8 on the bench and need to know what color wires go where. The motor has yellow and green-I know where they go. Trucks have yellow and black. Does the black wire go to the roller or the other way?? I tried to remember and thought the yellow went to the roller. Anyone out there that can look it up?

On this one Orange was center rail pick-up. Purple common/outside rail. On the other unit Brown was common/outside rail.
Blue and yellow were can motor feeds. 
The Timco replacement motors make a big difference in running quality. Even though they are a smaller motor, with the flywheel things smooth out. They come assembled with a worm gear, flywheel, mounting bracket/screw, and instruction sheet. You need to open up the hole for the motor attachment bolt, take out the old motor, install the new one.
Yes, a one screw change out. This is a TAS EOB electronics upgrade. The Timko flywheel motors were a significant part of the upgrade.
