In my world, due to huge increase number of passengers on Chicago Great Western’s “Mills Cities Limited” run between Twin Cities-Kansas City route, Managements ordered brand new 8 passenger cars from MTH to meet the demand. Here are the video of northbound “Mills Cities Limited” passing Gladbrook Iowa depot.

Well, yesterday I did as always, went to the food store, ran into Archie and I asked if I could get a picture with him.

IMG_20190504_100621038I'm the guy on the left, Archie on the right. He'll be 92(I think unless he is already) this year.

I dug out my B6S I picked up off eBay back in 2017 as well as the Erie Hoppers I picked up at my first York. Unfortunately I need smoke fluid so my running session was cut short. I've got some somewhere but I can't remember where its at(lots of stuff boxed up, arch). Next weekend I think(or the week after) I'll be heading to the train store and I can get extra smoke fluid.

Hardest part I had today was connecting the tether on the B6S. It took me about 25 minutes to get it fully connected. I guess that's one of the disadvantages of floor running.
