I cannot find the panel or list of advertisers on the site any longer. Where is it? Why is it gone?

Good to hear. Yes, the display looks like the display of OGR on my phone. Wonder what I can do to restore the pc version?
Shows up for a split second on my computer.
Windows 10 with all updates, FireFox with all update, uBlockOrigin turned off, Malwarebytes turned on. AMD Ryzen 7900x, nVidia GTX 1080, and yes I know 7900x and 1080 is not a good match.
Correct...I went to Chrome and the ads came up nicely. But when I logged into OGR, the ads went away there also. However I still got the header of tabs to click which are not present on the Edge version. If I have to pay for this forum, I'd like to have the full version.
I got it working with Firefox. Yea!
I don't have it either. Maybe adblocker not letting it show? Ad blockers turned off, still not showing up.

It's not gone. The banner ads are there, and they have been there all along.
Check your browser settings. You have an ad blocker running somewhere.
I think there might be more to it than that. I did try to find ad blockers and could not. Maybe I need some instruction in finding them.
Now after downloading Firefox, I can see the advertisers. I think that's important to the advertisers since they are paying to be seen.
Maybe the site engineers can provide some insight.
No Issues here. Haven't had an issue today.
Rich is right. Shut Ad Blocker off and ads are showing.
I couldn’t find that. How do you shut that off on edge?

LOL! There’s the problem - EDGE.
I have used nothing but Firefox for my browser for something like 20 years. Never a problem. Both Edge and Chrome track every site you visit and send that data back to Microsoft and Google respectively. Firefox doesn’t do that.
I use Adblock Plus on my primary browser and other stuff, but with no extensions/plugins, I see the advertisers at the top in Edge on both Mac and Windows. If you aren't seeing it in Edge, it isn't the browser itself preventing it.
