Whats a Menards chassis?

So I get an Email today from Menards stating the 40ft [ex ROWI] comtainers are back-some in mt favorite shipping companies. Onle this Menards mentions in their ad is the Container chassis sold out quickly but will be back...someday.

So what is Menards referring to as a Container Chassis. To me thats sounds like a spine trailer to load the container onto and a tractor drives it away...no?

I ask becsuse I dont remember Menards announcing and selling trailer chassis in their die cast dept. So what is Menards referring to?
