I recently purchased a Union Pacific flat car from Menards. There are perforations on the bed, but the arrangement are different from Lionel flat cars. Consequently, all my Lionel flat car accessories do not fit the Menards-made rail car. These notches must accommodate something? Does anyone know where I can find bulkheads and stakes for these cars?

Got a pic of the flatcar? If it is the UP yellow everything that is O-27, probably the Lionel ones would fit. I would check Parts at stores or brasseurs
It appears that these accessories do not exist for the Menards flat cars. The manufacturer's website offers nothing. Perhaps I will just customize the Lionel accessories to fit the car.

As suggested above, why not go the Hobby Lobby or Michael's and purchase proper size bass wood and make your own?

making your own, wouldn't that be the "model" component of model railroading?

Well yes but,,,,,,,,,,maybe he isn't a "MODEL railroader".
Easy now, not everyone feels good modeling if they can just buy it. "MODEL railroader" is in the eye of the beholder. If you build a model airplane from a kit, are you a modeler, or a assembler? The question was,,,,Does anyone know where I can "find" bulkheads and stakes for these cars? Not, Does anyone know "how" I can "build" bulkheads and stakes for these cars?
Alex,,, Nice work!
Great modeling, Alex!
Thank you for the constructive feedback, guys (KRM & Alex)! I thought my question was clear and concise, but some folks here would rather quip and post useless filler than tackle the real issues at hand. I had no ideal Model Railroading was shrouded with so much elitism! Big turn off!
Thank you for taking the time to help me. I appreciate it very much.
