You would be more likely to see O Gauge manufacturers make a CF7. That locomotive seems kind of specialized.

I believe MTH could do this with the AS-616 and the GP-20 long hood used with CNW. They had both. If they made it I would be in for two, but I think we would have to buy one each and start cutting.
I wanter to say they had both the AS-16 and AS616 converted. MKT had a RS-3 converter in Parsons.
