MTH/Williams/K-Line Operating Cars Question

Has anyone used these with the MTH Operating Reefers, K-Line Milk or Operating Boxcars or Williams Operating Box cars with the MTH tinplate Milk Car Platform? Any challenges? I am considering it for these because of its smaller footprint. Much Appreciation!
