The kit contains the 610-8057-200 smoke unit, new batting, new resistor, on and off switch, three pin leoco connector w/wires and funnel. They are for conventional running only. If i ever get a chance to complete, we have a few other goodies on the drawing board.

You need to look at the shell and see if there is a stack/opening and what size it is. You then need to see if there is any interference under the location such as board, truck mount etc... I converted an ATLAS GP-35 without smoke to PS-2 with smoke and I had to match the right MTH smoke units I had to get a non leaking fit to the stack.
Fitting to diesels is harder then steam in my opinion. G
You can frequently find a funnel part to match the stack on the diesel, that makes it easier to mate up to the stack. I've resorted to a short piece of plastic tubing from the smoke unit in one case.
