Charlie Phillips has a fair amount. Not as much as Marty had but good prices on what is there. He sets up right next to Bachmann.

I believe Justtrains also has williams and will be at york
Half the fun is walking around [for hours] looking for the stuff on the shopping list.
I don't remember who he is, but in the orange hall after you come in the door and turn right, a short way down on the right against the wall is a good Williams dealer. He was the only one who has kits to power dummy units.

Trainworld definitely but Charles Ro also has a good selection and good deals on Williams.
Another option: J&R Trains. He was in Orange Hall in Oct, along the wall that backs up to the canteen - about 5 booths down from the folks from Buffalo that make the nice, aluminum display sheleves. Joe is a Philly guy - very nice. Has very competitive prices. He only sells Williams. And he knows his Williams. http://jrtrains.enstore.com/browse/1 Contact him for any requests - he can bring items to York. And I am assuming he will be there again.
I'll be looking for the new GP30 in NYC. Now with Marty out I will shop for price before buying.
Justrains in the Purple Hall. Julie Mitchell is doing a great job since Kirke passed away a couple of years ago...
At the last two York Meets Just Trains has had little to no Williams for sale at the meet.
Trainworld is currently send e-mail on their Williams specials. Seems like they should have some for sale at York.
