There are several 3 rail E7 engines up for sale from run 1 and run 2 of 3rd Rail. Did those earlier engines include TMCC?

I'm not aware that Sunset/3rd Rail made "two runs" of E7 units, as they just recently announced a "second run" of E7 models. All the 3-Rail model of Sunset/3rd Rail E7 units did indeed have ERR TMCC control.

yes, there are 1st and 2nd E7 runs that currently exist...and yes, they both have TMCC.

Frank is correct. Run 1 made end of 2011 and Run 2 middle of 2012. I think Run 2 was initially overflow orders from Run 1. Looks like Run 2 ended up getting quite a few additional road names added because of interest from the 1st run. Hopefully a similar success will be seen with the PA's! I know there are still a few road names I'll be after a year or so from now. ...
Anyway, I guess this next run of E7's should be considered Run 3.
