sweet!
Went back again today to attempt better photos. Considering that the display is rather off the beaten path, the volunteers who have been responsible for this have done a very nice job of not only restoring these artifacts but maintaining them as well.

Sure like the looks of that B&O caboose. Where is this display?

Ed, a quick google reveals that this display is at Jesse Eyman Park in Washington Court House, Fayette Co.,OH.
Thanks, I didn't know what to put in to google it!

Hey Paul, a tip for the next time you're in that area: Try for early AM or later in the afternoon for better lighting from the side. It's difficult to get good shots in the middle of the day with the sun very bright and directly overhead. A slightly overcast day helps diffuse the light as well and soften the harsh shadows too.
Otherwise, you have some really nice shots here sir! :-)

C&O 2776 was all that was needed.
Yeah. An esthetically horrible fence that will do absolutely nothing to deter vandalism, but offensive enough to screw up photography. It could have been much further away, at least on one side, with a viewing opening for photography.
Offer to pay for and build a replacement fence and I'm sure they'll let you take all the photos you want!
