A couple of quick questions re: the new forum

#2 has been working well on my computer.  I'm using WINXP and Firefox.

The thing I've noticed is, if I hit the space bar multiple times the cursor disappears and I can't continue typing until I get it back in place.

I'll take a shot at your questions.

1. Rich mentioned that the number of views is not possible with the new forum software. I believe he has requested that update, but it is not one of his present options.

2. For a multi-page post, click on the number of the last page, not the title. That will take you right to that page - again same as before on the old forum. I've never clicked on the last post directly since I'd rather see all the posts made since I last checked that topic, not just the last one. But, I just checked and clicking the "last reply" link does take me right to that last post.

3. I haven't seen that problem.

4. It's a "Facebook-like thing". A lot of us aren't into that. I'd rather just say good job to the originator of the thread.

Regarding issue #2, if the thread hasn't reached multiple-page status, clicking on "Last Reply By _____" will take you to the end of the thread (clicking on the thread title takes you to the beginning).
