Like this? In their post, click on Take Action. You will get a 'drop down'. Click on the Reply With Quote. John
PLEASE be smart when using this feature. It makes no sense to quote an entire post only to add a word or two to the post at the end.

Amen! I did quote the whole post this time, it deserves to be said twice!
FWIW, you can use the little <> icon on the toolbar to fix things that get screwed up in the format, something to keep in mind when editing quotes. If I click on it for this post, for instance...
This tool allows you to clean up any mistakes that you can access from the WYSIWYG view.

Trouble with that is that it reprints pictures galore. I use block and copy, and then paste into my reply, usually putting the quote background into yellow.
That's the point of editing the quote! You simply delete the pictures.
Unfortunately, many do not. And using <> introduces great technicality for some.
Editing the picture out is simply pushing the DEL key. That's usually a whole lot simpler than your method. You're picking pieces and then applying text attributes to them.
