Allegheny 1601 6-82767 Smoke Unit repair

I guess I am not as smart as I thought I was..... I have an Allegheny 6-82767 that has a bad Whistle Smoke unit. I have a replacement, but I can't figure out what screws need to come out in order to remove the Shell from the frame..... Anyone wish to share?

My guess Joe is; two screws inside the rear cylinders, two screws somewhere under the trailing truck, and you likely need to get the cab vertical handrails removed from the bottom. of the chassis.
