Well, TIU1 and TIU3 are working great, TIU 2 is working but seems to have trouble passing signal, Engine runs through block 2, but horn sticks on.  TIU 4 is my last big hurdle, it is not passing voltage from Fixed 1 in to Fixed 1 out.   Have reset TIU4, no improvement, I went to DCS setup and made it a Super TIU, and I turned on the port in the TR settings. Any thoughts?

Yes ...

1. As I understand it, Super TIU Mode is used so that the remote can control all engines on a layout using multiple TIU's, regardless of which TIU a particular engine was last associated with. However, in order to be effective, all TIU's on the layout must be switched to Super TIU Mode.

2. If Fixed 1 is not passing voltage, did you first try Fixed 2 or changing a variable channel to a fixed channel and using that ?

Check the fuse for FIXED 1 inside and the nuts on the dual banana plugs while in there.
