I am a very lucky man. My wife got me the train set I have been wanting to get for a couple of years.  Lionels convential classic set (726 freight set) Im just about to take her out and run it around the layout.  Merry Christmas to all.

Santa brought me one last year, great set. You will really enjoy it...

This year Santa brought me a CAB1-L.  Yea Santa

I received a MTH Norfolk & Western Hi-Cube Box Car, MTH State of Maine Tank Car, Miller Engineering LifeSavers sign, and the Woodland Scenics Ethyl Gas Station. My brother got a Lionel Boy Scouts Cabin and the Woodland Scenics Morrison's Door Factory. We got my Dad a Hood's Tank Car and a Maine Blueberries Reefer. We were all very happy with the new additions to our train layouts/collections.

I got the US assembled Navy flatcar and a gift certificate for a local hobby shop. I gave my father in law a small shelving unit (4 shelves 4 foot long), a few prints of some old steam engines, and a gift certificate for the same hobby shop. We spent the day putting up shelves in his basement, and are planning on putting up the shelving unit tomorrow , followed by a trip to said hobby shop.

My wife (VP Finance around here) has been complaining that I didn't need any more trains because there wasn't any more room in the basement to store them.  If you saw the basement, you would agree with her.  So... what do I get for Christmas?   TRAINS!  Not a lot but in the spirit... the Polar Express 10th Anniversary Box Car and the Christmas Eggnog Tanker, along with the Hallmark 2037 ornament set.  Gotta love her!

Merry Christmas, all.
