Anyone phone MTH today?

I tried to phone MTH about a parts order that was not complete and got a message that said......You have reached 365,please record your message after the tone. So whats up with this? No more "Welcome to MTH,please listen to the menu options.............................................................................. I am still old fashioned and want to talk to a human at MTH. Especially since they dont seem to answer emails. Anyone else have a problem phoning MTH

I have been waiting for a simple part for a new engine for over 3 months. Engine now has gone back to dealer. Parts and communication is not a strong point for MTH IMO.
