Talking with a friend, he wants to run down to Nicholas Smith on Monday and pick up a Legacy 11299 USRA Mallet. But, he has just one spot where it would need to get around a Fastrack 0-48 curve. Lionel catalog states a minimum curve of 0-54.
It doesn't have to look pretty doing it, but .... has anyone had it on 0-48 curves. Did it negotiate the curve reliably?
(Beautiful looking engine! Hope it runs as nice. Our first big engine.)
