Lionel did a nice job on my GP-35 CNW (1933351) and FA-AA/Superbass NYC (1933540) engines that I received a few weeks ago. Just put them through their paces today and was not disappointed. I'll keep my fingers crossed it stays that way. Sometimes you have to throw a dog a bone. Attaboy Lionel.

Kindly make sure to include a portion of meat on that bone to keep your dog smiling, do have fun with your new Lionel train engines. 
IMO, Lionel is ascending onto its throne as King of O Gauge Model Railroading with its LC+ and LC+2.0 lines of merchandise because of its fine and fun features, user friendliness, reliability and durability (at least in my experience) and, most importantly, its affordability.
