Well I have been told the finished basement is now on the "table" for building a layout.  Previously I was looking at garage, after about 100 redesigns I figured I would post to all you creative folks out there.  The room is 91.5" w x 161" L and I want to fill every square inch of it with trains.  Dream scenario would be following:

-Run three trains at once, two in separate directions.

-Roundhouse and turntable (Already own) tight for this space I know but would love to show off engines and play with turntable.

-Elevation changes and possible multi levels for lots of scenery and accessories.

-Small Yard to house a couple of sets I have put together

-Around Room Layout I think is only way to achieve decent radius on turns

-Gargraves track with Ross Switches

I have seen some amazing folded dogbone designs from Obsidian that I love but I cant make it fit in this space unfortunately.  Thanks for the help I own all the trains and accessories from previous table I built for kids just trying to nail design so I can start benchwork.  Door in this file is just for a closet for all train boxes have no issue building right up to it.  Opening is wide open to rest of basement.
