Wonder how long a list that is, and you are involved with one on it, the Lahaina, Kaanapoli, and Pacific (1)... (2) C&T, (3) D&S (steam only?), and to Silverton when it was D&RGW, (4) EBT: not still extent?, (5,6) two Maine two footers, (7) Alaska RR, not just steam... These are ones l have ridden in U.S...+ what gauge was Pikes Peak steam?rode that(8) Ffestiniog in Wales, l think there are (many?) more in GB, and rest of world? In US? These 9 listed l have ridden behind steam . In India? ????
