I recently moved up to a 4x8 layout and I put blocker track on the siding so I wouldn't get power to it but the power is going to it anyway can someone help

What kind of "blocker track" did you use? If you use the Fastrack 1 3/8" filler, you just remove the jumper under it that isolates the center track.
If the track is not square and level the rails can short past a fiber pin or no pin.
I put a bit of electrical tape on the rail ends.
1 3/8" or 5", disconnect the wire underneath on the center rail. You'll notice a cut in the center rail above. This wire passes the power around the cut. Then you connect a SPST toggle (basic toggle switch) to the track terminals where you removed the wire. Siding power on\off.

I have a water tower that came with a switch that we could never get to work so I guess I can use that switch. Thanks moonman
I didn't know there was a 5" Fastrack section with the jumper, what's the part number of that one?
How about that, never saw that one.
