hello everyone longtime reader first time poster.Messing around with a breadboard with 2 blinking led's trying paralell with dc voltage. i cant wrap my mind around adding a bridge rectifier so i can add one to my sawmill.

You'll need the bridge rectifier (or just a diode), and also a filter cap. Finally, you'll need current limiting resistors as the LED's like to see a current limited power source.
i dont understand these are Red Flash LED's theyll flash all day long on dc,but when i add the diode they dont flash unless i add the cap..but here it is
