I get authentication failed. I am not showing as a Premier membership. I checked my activitys and it shows that I became a premium member January 26, 2014. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated .

Sorry you are having a problem with this. I am looking into it and have submitted a tech support request to Hoopla.
I can confirm that you did indeed purchase a Premium Membership on 1/26/14, just as you said. It should not expire until 1/26/15, so this is somewhat unusual.
I sent you an email with the answer to this problem.
