Your welcome, Dave@R&R. Glad to have been of help.
Dave,
You are welcome and enjoy your layout!

I need to add that I blew the transient smc chips in the psx-ac modules with a CW-80. I replaced that feature with the 36 v ones recommended on this forum. I think the original ones are a bit conservative as to voltage.
I understand that you have replaced the "D11" component on the PSX-AC board by another component rated at 36 V (directly on the board or at the input - same result). Could you tell us exactly what component you have used ? (model, P/N)
For Ref: from PSX-AC datasheet:
D11 is a Transorb component near the input, it is a voltage limiter to protect for over voltage. It may start toclip/limit voltage if the input voltage approaches 20 volts AC. You may remove it at some point if you need higher voltage.
Thanks,
Daniel
I used the TVS diode, recommended on the site here at times, across the input of the PSX-AC. The 5KE36CA TVS diode is available from Mouser or DigiKey.
Defender Marine (mentioned above) may be cutting back on the number of different-rated Blue Sea push button breakers it stocks, I don't see 5 and 7-amp breakers listed any more. You don't want the heavy-duty expensive Blue Sea breakers.
The 5,7,10-amp breakers are available from other boat supply sources. There are also similar breakers marketed under the Sierra brand.
