I understand that you have replaced the "D11" component on the PSX-AC board by another component rated at 36 V (directly on the board or at the input - same result).  Could you tell us exactly what component you have used ? (model, P/N)

 

For Ref: from PSX-AC datasheet:

D11 is a Transorb component near the input, it is a voltage limiter to protect for over voltage. It may start toclip/limit voltage if the input voltage approaches 20 volts AC. You may remove it at some point if you need higher voltage.

Defender Marine (mentioned above) may be cutting back on the number of different-rated Blue Sea push button breakers it stocks,  I don't see 5 and 7-amp breakers listed any more.  You don't want the heavy-duty expensive Blue Sea breakers.

The 5,7,10-amp breakers are available from other boat supply sources.  There are also similar breakers marketed under the Sierra brand.
