Has anyone ever built a coal flood loader or a modern coal loader? I don't understand why no one makes a kit or already built model. As many and as popular as mth and lionel coalporter and bathtub cars are. I would love to see pics of what you have done with a modern day coal loader

There's a guy on one of the Facebook forums who built one. He just posted a question bout light weight material he could substitute for real coal. His Name is Donald Bolt. I'l be back later this evening, and I'll look up the info.

Theres a father and son I belive they go by ns modeler on youtube. They built one that works fantasic in ho scale. Making it for o scale should be easy. He exsplains in one video how it works and how the designed it.
