WOW! 50,000 and more to come.

By far, my favorite thread on the Forum and where I've shared my wins and losses with my trains.

Also a huge source of inspiration and information about the worlds greatest hobby.

A huge thank you to Alan and the OGR staff for keeping it going.

Bob

Couldn't have said it better, Bob !     My only addition is that over the course of a decade on this thread, I have developed what I'd consider "close friendships" with fellow OGR forum members, who I will likely never meet in person, but we have, and continue to, correspond outside the thread about train as well as other life challenges.  Very cool !

So I too, express my thanks to the entire OGR staff for Keeping it Going !

So true Chris. The friendships both virtual and in-person are the best part about the forum.

I hope to make more of them in-person.....

Bob

Bob and Chris said so much!  I agree with all of it!  I have developed friendships with both of them and so many others mostly from conversing on this thread.  Then we converse more off line either via personal messaging on OGR or via email.  I have met a few members in person, but most I will never meet.  Nevertheless, we are friends!

There is a wealth of inspiration from everyone's so varied posts.  I really look forward to seeing what everyone is doing.

Alan, thank you for bringing the 50,000 number to our attention.  If it wasn't for you and the OGR staff (past and present), this forum wouldn't exist.

Guys....from conversations we have had with Crowdstack, the "What Did You Do On Your Layout Today" thread may be their top thread from all of their clients!

I would say that definitely is the case. Even before I had commented over there, several people I had begun to follow commented there leading me to it. My only problem is that I am without a layout as I'm still working on plans. Once that gets to where I am satisfied, prepping and building will naturally follow(however long that takes). I guess we'll see.

Wow, a great landmark for this wonderful hobby, however, with my sales background, Records are made to be broken, onward to 100,000 We come. The OGR Forum is the best online stage in the world, Thank You Alan for the opportunity to share thoughts, ideas, Questions, show our works in progress, and have fun with so many talented folks sharing the same interest in model and real trains. Happy Railroading Everyone
