Any way to tighten a coupler so the engine doesn't pull away from the cars. I added a couple of K-Line box cars (they are heavier than my other box cars)and the consist will not stay together,sometimes the cars will pull apart and sometimes the engine will pull away. The engine is an Atlas Trainman GP 15. At the time the engine is pulling 6 cars, it has pulled 6 , 18 inch heavyweights with no problem.

Multiple possible fixes depending on mechanism.
The little rubber bands for braces around the coupler shank, Twist tie, same place (Non Opening)
Slight bend in spring pushing pin into position, Slight bend in pin itself to make it grab better,
Super glue or JB Weld it shut and uncouple from adjacent car, Ect.
A small rubber band works well. Or glue it shut if you don't use operating couplers.....I don't 99% of the time.
I hate to admit it but I've used a spot of super glue now and then.

With only 6 cars, it's clearly a bad order coupler(s). Either replace them or glue them closed if you don't do any type of uncoupling action on the layout.
