I have been reading/watching about DCC++ and I appreciate the affordability. I think it might be the solution I have been needing. The internet search algorithm is letting me down because I just can't seem to find an answer to the question:
Can I build a handheld controller for sending commands to the Arduino/shield in a DCC++ system?
I keep finding info about using JMRI for sending commands and that's cool but I was hoping to sidestep that and just use a little controller I could build. I'm wondering if I can't find a direct answer because the answer is obviously a yes, I could just use a handheld controller to send commands. Is this the case?
