Got two clubs in the same building One HO and One O scale we are wanting to install DCC to the O scale side but there is a concern of Crosstalk between the two Layouts. We are Looking at NCE and the Ho club Downstairs also Runs NCE. does anyone have any experience with this? If so how did you defeat if any crosstalk between the two systems if any?

by cross talk, you mean using the NCE wireless radio system?
with a tethered system and a floor between them, there should be no interference between layouts.
for radio systems and possible RF interference, you should contact Jim Scorse at NCE for info. he also frequents these pages.
They would not be tethered together since they are two separate clubs. The clubs share the same Mains power. I know with Lionels TMCC the signal can travel backward through the common of the building's power what i am wondering can the DCC signal do the same. Also both clubs would be using Radios as well.
I think y ou can probably put them on different channels. That is possible with digitrax. It comes set to a default, but you can easily change it with master controller.
go to the NCE website and download the manual for the system you are looking at. There are PDF versions. Look up that issue to find out for sure.
By the way, for O Scale motor only decoders, I use the NCE D408SR. It has capacity of 4 amps continuous and I think 10 amps stall. IT will run about any old O scale loco. I have a few Max Grey that I use them in and have not problems. Also, on good running locos, I do NOT change out the open frame motors. I simply install a decoder. Again this has worked fine for me on at least a dozen locos.
