my digital subscription expired a while back and I'm wondering whether to renew that subscription or apply for a new subscription. Unfortunately I forget the subscription number I had and can't request OGR email it to me since I no longer have access to the email account I used for that subscription .

Greetings!

I imagine OGR still has your information on file.  Were you contacted in regards to renewing your subscription?  In today's ultra-modern high tech society many subscription renewal requests are sent out automatically by electronic means, e.i. email, Smart Phone, etc.

Why not give OGR a phone call?  I'm sure they'll be more than happy to help you.  Really GREAT people can be found at OGR!!!

Renew your existing subscription. You have an account with OGR and you have one more issue remaining on your digital subscription. It has not yet expired.

On Wednesday we sent you an email about your renewal that contains a link directly to your renewal page. However, the email account on your subscription is not the same as the one you use here. Your subscription email is something@localnet.com.

I sent an email to both addresses that contains your account number and renewal link. The email to the localnet.com address bounced. I set the correct email address in your subscription account.

I also attempted to change your email address in our Mailchimp email list. However, you have unsubscribed from our email notices, which means you will not get any renewal notices. I cannot re-subscribe you to the list. You have to do that yourself.
