Hello All
Just wondering what DCS does if I want to run two identical locomotives at the same time, that is, same MTH product number, same road number.
Since all locomotives show up in the DCS remote as a road number specific item, will it even find or locate and identical loco? If it does, how is it displayed in the remote?

It will show the same name, but address will be different. Different memory locations. So you can change one to a custom name to avoid confusion. G

As George advises you simply make up your won custom name as the ident. In this manner the remote addresses them as different individual engines.
