Uninformed listeners are easily enthralled by a spiel that is devoid of technical information. Informed listeners can ask questions that reveal the real state of the technical situation.
Having read many comments by those with experience in steam operations and maintenance it is more than a little concerning to contemplate which group the executives at the UP may belong to.
