"HONGZ" stands for HO scale, N scale, G scale, and Z scale.

Post your non-O scale stuff here!

Been out of Ho for awhile. Thinking of getting back into it. Really like the broadway limited and mth stuff. Just searching for a good control system. Could not find one I like untill I saw this one. Watched some youtube videos on it . My question here is does anyone here have it or have seen it in person and what do you think of the esu command stuff.

I have a locomotive, a Baldwin S-8 by Bowser, which is equipped with ESU/LokSound DCC and I've seen and listened to other ESU equipped units in action. The system offers what I consider to be the most realistic sounds of any of the available options. It also provides the opportunity to choose the horn type most appropriate for your model's prototype. Based upon my experience with the system, I'd recommend the ESU product without hesitation.

I can't provide any input regarding the command station as I've never worked with it; we've been using other bases to run the ESU equipped locomotives. To illustrate my previous post regarding ESU's excellent sound, I found this video on YouTube of some of the Bowser Baldwins in operation. I've been around a lot of Baldwin locomotives over the years and the sound is dead-on.

I have both of the models in the video as I'm a sucker for Bicentennial equipment.
