Fast Track connections

A friend just asked me for the part number for the connectors that can be used on Lionel Fast Track. To make your own connections using up to 16 AWG stranded (I use speaker wire its clear and the conductors are a different color.) Also to make it easier buy a wire crimping tool. The Mouser Part number is:571-6409231 the MFG Part number is: 640923-1

This will make building a layout and connections very easy.
