If I connect an O-48 switch to a O-36 switch, can I get parallel tracks without using O-48 curves?

John,
I do not believe so, you would have to make your own piece of custom close out FT, to make that happen, I make these kind of Custom FasTrack pieces with the Rockwell X2 Portable Table saw, keep and use the pins from the piece of the track you cut, they come out perfectly at any curve and length you need with the X2. Unfortunately I do not believe you are going to see this kind of custom track piece ever production made, by Lionel. Just way to many track variables to go down this production path.

Using SCARM, I couldn't find any combination of FasTrack that would get you parallel tracks using an O36 switch with an O48 switch, with or without O48 or any other size curves.
Thanks, Daves.
I have a WTB for O-60 and O-72 switches, but no joy yet. I'll pass on the available O-48. Trying to improve my yard, but have to incorporate one O-36 that I have left.
