I am trying to do a layout that I designed using scarm. I do not seem to be able to find the above item either on lionels website or at my local hobby shop. Does anyone know where I can find them?

Seems it's always hard to find different size close out pieces for FasTrack, there is a cure however, it's call the Rockwell X2 Portable Table Saw, with this X2 Saw you can cut any size and shape of FasTrack you need using your existing FasTrack pieces. A while back I posted a thread on this nice piece of equipment. At the time you could pick one up at Lowes for $80.00 using their Military discount. Not sure what they are going for now. I you do an OGR Search you should still come up with the thread showing the Rockwell X2 Portable Table Saw. IMO waiting on special pieces of FasTrack to be delivered is no way to build a layout.
