Fastrack remote switch with no LED's?

I had one like that and it was a resistor on a circuit board...i can't recall if the lantern led was out too...i think so. But it sounds like a supply voltage on the board went out like mine did.

I have a FasTrack switch with that problem also.  The switch works fine, but there is no power on the yellow lead to light the indication lights on the controller.  The light on the switch itself works.  

I measured the voltage at the switch to make sure the problem was in the switch and not the wiring.  I took the switch apart To check for obvious problems And found none.  I measured the voltage upstream of the electrical connector on the circuit board and it was dead too.  I assume the problem is in the circuit aboard.  

I saw Chuck's comments on the resistor on the circuit board, but the components on the board seem to small to replace, at least by me.  I thought of taking power from elsewhere in the switch to supply power for the lights on the controller, but haven't done so yet.

I would be interested to find out what others have ozone to correct the problem.

I have two switches with light problems.  One is at the switch and the other is at the controller.  Both function perfectly, just no lights.  I strategically placed them where I don't need the lights to operate

My top suspect would be the board if all the lights are out, since the wires have no effect on the LED on the switch itself.  Sounds like the voltage that lights the lights had died.

Unless you can live without lights or are able to fix it, I think I'd keep looking.

Are the boards the same in all the switches. I have a problem on a O60 and have a O36 not being used, can I swap boards?

The boards are the same for the Remote Fastrack switches. And different boards are the same for all the Command Control Fastract switches. 

Or...simple answer, yes.
