Finding Topics that "I AM FOLLOWING"

I've been asking this question for months now, without any satisfactory answers.  My brain holds only so much information.  I cannot possibly remember every topic that I have posted on, so if I posted something and someone replies to my post, I have no way of knowing it unless I go through each and every post in each and every thread.  

I have requested that we do something similar to what we do on G Scale Central.  Over there, when I log in, there are alerts at the top of the page showing me who liked and who replied to a post I made.  

I have checked all of the appropriate boxes in my profile page that indicate that I should get email notices, but non have worked.

Hi:
I have all the privacy settings as not selected and all of the Default notification selected.

I get a lot of email especially when you reply to a post (you get everybody else that replies too) , but this is Ok, as I see what others are saying/thinking and keeps me updated

Dan, I am just thinking it something on your end. If I leave my computer for the day, when I get home I have over 100 emails from OGR about stuff I commented on or liked.

Right, but surely there is a filter for topics I am following. Otherwise whats the point of following?

I am not sure if there is, I know that for me when I click on fallow it sends me email and alert notifications . Which is fine with me cause then I can scroll back to see if I missed anything. If I find something I want to go back to I just put it in a file I made in my email program.

Well I can go to My Profile Page. Select "Likes" and that shows me everything that I "Like".  I can't find a spot to select the items that I'm "Following"

I get e-mail notifications on topics that I "Like" and "Follow" I also get alerts on forum page.

Right I get a daily digest, but I followed a lot of old topics that I like to go back and reference on occasion, so not much activity on them. I could bookmark naturally, but I figured there would be a filter for things I am following.

I get the alerts but that is no problem (small draw back) to clear them just go to alerts and back out when you go back out it clears them

I think I got it !  I went to my notifications page in my profile and UN-CLICKED "Suspend all email notifications".  Why I hadn't seen that before is beyond me.  Maybe, like my father used to say to me, "Next time, look with your eyes open".....LOL

So I just went into my email and found a few messages from OGR that members have posted things.
