Not only is NS painting all these heritage engines, this photo was posted by them.

 

They really are serious about putting the railroad's name out there in a good light, aren't they!

Good things seem to always happen when you start making a little money!

 

As a "Friend of the BNSF" I'd like to see them repaint some of those ex Santa Fe engines in a fresh Warbonett scheme, with just minimal

marings of ownership, such as the Conrail engine above.

 

Ed Mullan, a very happy Ed, Can't wait to see that Central of Georgia engine, that scheme always looked a lot like the B&O paint.
