Not only is NS painting all these heritage engines, this photo was posted by them.

They really are serious about putting the railroad's name out there in a good light, aren't they!

Good things seem to always happen when you start making a little money!

As a "Friend of the BNSF" I'd like to see them repaint some of those ex Santa Fe engines in a fresh Warbonett scheme, with just minimal

marings of ownership, such as the Conrail engine above.

Ed Mullan, a very happy Ed, Can't wait to see that Central of Georgia engine, that scheme always looked a lot like the B&O paint.

Well that is a great photo. It's nice to see NS making such efforts, heck the only thing I see on there is a small "NS" on the cab. looks very good.

Too bad in my area there's no really good place to see NS units.
