Leave it to the media to not know the different from light rail to heavy rail.
What type of locomotives are they using. From the picture it look like a rebuilt GP40 with a F59PHI cab.

The locomotives are the MPI MPXpress. We'll be there on May 1 for the rides--the local publicity efforts have been substantial.
