Last weekend my wife and I went to Bryson City for the weekend. (we stayed in Clayton, GA Thursday night). Though we didn't ride the train we enjoy seeing it depart and arrive at the station. I have been to Bryson City numerous times, but this was the first time I knew that they had a turntable. So, I had to get some pics! They had built an open shed for what they said was to park their steam locomotive, but sadly it was not there that weekend.

I love that train, beautiful ride as well. My wife and I rode in the open air car and it went past beautiful lake Fontana and up to the dam.
